I respectfully request that all cancellations be done 36+ hours in advance to allow me the opportunity to fill the canceled appointment. If not, you will be charged 50% of total services booked. If you do not call or do not show up, you will be charged 80% of services booked.

All consultations are complimentary but will result in a $50 charge if canceled less than 36 hours in advance or you do not show up.

I kindly ask that only guests receiving services come the the appointment.

There are no refunds for services received or deposits on color corrections/transformations. If you have a concern or issue after your service, please reach out to me within 7 days of the service.
